Consulting payments, cancellations, credits, and refunds are governed exclusively by the signed consulting agreement.
Government and third-party fees are nonrefundable through RCFE University after they have been paid, committed, or incurred. RCFE University does not control the refund policies of government agencies or third-party vendors.
