Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

This policy explains how RCFE University ("we," "us"), operated by Jas Singh, collects and uses information on this website, including when you download the free checklist or buy The California RCFE Startup Kit.

Information we collect

Email address when you request the free checklist or ask to be notified when enrollment opens.
Purchase information from Stripe when you buy: your name, email address, the Stripe Checkout session ID, amount, currency, and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never sent to or stored by this website.
Basic request data such as the referring campaign tag (for example, a utm_source link parameter) and the approximate country of your request, used to understand which channels bring visitors.
Cookies: an essential, HTTP-only access cookie that keeps you signed in to the course after purchase; a cookie that remembers you requested the free checklist; and a short-lived campaign-source cookie. We don't use advertising trackers.
Course progress is stored only in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.

How we use it

To deliver the free checklist and the purchased course and downloads, and to restore access if you lose it.
To send occasional emails about RCFE planning and the kit, if you gave us your email. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
To provide customer support, process refunds, prevent fraud, and keep business and tax records.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

This site runs on Cloudflare (Workers hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database, which store the information above). Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. If email delivery is enabled, emails are sent through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf.

Retention

We keep purchase records as long as needed for access, support, refunds, and legal and tax recordkeeping. We keep email subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask to know what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, to the extent it applies, and we won't discriminate against you for using them. Email hello@rcfeuniversity.com from the address you used with us so we can verify the request.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
