14-day money-back guarantee. If the kit isn't useful to you, email hello@rcfeuniversity.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@rcfeuniversity.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Send it from the email address you used at checkout (or include that address) so we can find your order.
3. A short reason helps us improve, but it's optional.

What happens next

We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Stripe says refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. When a refund is issued, course access for that purchase ends.

After 14 days

Because the Kit is delivered instantly and includes downloadable files, purchases are final after the 14-day window, except where the law requires otherwise. If something is wrong with your access or files at any time, email us and we'll fix it.
